ProMiles^® announces the addition of custom fuel networks to ProMilesOnline^®

Bridge City, TX - ProMiles Software Development Corporation president, Tony Stroncheck today announced the expansion of ProMilesOnline capabilities with the addition of the ability for customers to create custom fuel networks in the fuel optimization portion of the online service.

"With fuel being the second largest cost to the industry, cost savings available to companies by way of discounts at fuel stops are very important. When you consider the fluctuation in fuel prices over the last 18 months, for a lot of companies it can literally be the difference in whether they are making a profit or not," said Stroncheck. The addition of custom fuel networks to ProMilesOnline service will assist purchasers in finding the best fuel prices along their route while taking into account the effect of discounts available to that individual or company.

The fuel network management section of ProMilesOnline will give the user the ability to add from one to four custom fuel networks and can be used in combination with one another to allow for the best available price. Users will have the ability to add truck stops by chain or can select individual truck stops to be added to the network. Truck stops from more than one national chain can be used within a common fuel network. In order to meet the requirements of more clients, discounts can also be set by truck stop chain, or by each individual truck stop. Fuel prices are automatically updated each day from information received via electronic capture of credit card purchases.
